When I Started:
Aug, 2006
How I Started:
I've been working out ever since I was little and I used to watch WWF and boxing. Now I really enjoy watching MMA and I transitioned from just pushups, to full body workouts on the Bowflex, to the power rack in 2006, which is what I use now.
Why I Love It:
I want to be way stronger than the average man and I want to enhance my athletic abilities all around, which includes lifting, cardio, sports, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching powerlifting videos, MMA/boxing fights, World's Strongest Man competitions, competing with friends and family, and by looking in the mirror every time I finish a workout.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting stronger every week.

i hope you are still setting your goals high, it looks as if we have a similar body build and i hope to cut my body fat and gain more upper and lower body muscle.
DUde get a thick bar. ww.fatbastardbarbellco.com and grippers from www.ironmind.com or www.heavygrips.com also do static holds for time witha barbell...
Thanks. You've got a great foundation there for only 6 months training. Keep getting stronger every week on a slow steady bulk taking in plenty of protein and you'll be a beast.
Thanks for your comment I appreciate it!
Train hard and stay hard-core!

Hey bud, deadlifts i have never been any good at, my grip can hold TWICE what i cna pull from the floor. Shrugs i am quite strong at though and have never needed or even considered straps. I hope your training is going well.
Bro, tight profile - them videos r on point! Tyson highlights made the back of my head tingle, and seeing Ronnie 98 just got me psyched to NOT take today off from the gym!!! Keep dat mess posted!
