How I Started:
With sand weights in my basement trying to get my arms to grow. Then I started powerlifting in 8th grade, won lots of meets, and am now just trying to stay in shape and gain strength and size.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel during and after workouts. Good way to release energy, and anger, I'm pretty sure I would snap if I didn't work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know I can always be better. Looking at the way other people look and what they have done with their body.
BB Accomplishments:
None for bodybuilding really which is fine because i dont consider myself a bodybuilder, but I won nationals in powerlifting and set deadlift and total records at nationals and lots of meet records and wisconsin records. Also won best lifter awards which goes by bodyweight.

Goal (Long):
Keep improving, try to get stronger while getting leaner, still be in shape when I'm 50, find some supplements that actually work and aren't just bull****. Start and run my own gym turn it over to my kids someday.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to get 60-90 seconds for most things, decent recovery between sets keep the pump going

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Shorts, cut off, t-shirt or sweatshirt. Depends on the workout and the temperature of gym.

Couldn,t get anyone to workout with me at home. I work out at the YMCA. Only pro is there is someone to spot me. The place blows, its missing lots of key things. Jeremy, u looking great bud! How I wish I was 20....I would have made a real serious effort in body building. I only started when I reached 40, eish! But rather late than never. Make use of that excess testosterone bud! G.
