How I Started:
I am just getting started back after a long derailment from the fitness lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Before I loved exercise & fitness because of the health benefits which included the skyrocketing of my self-esteem as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am trying to capture that drive, determination and motivation that I before. I believe when I start to see the results the motivation will also follow.

Goal (Long):
In 2003 I was unofficially completing the Body for Life Challenge. I was able to obtain incredible results with this program in only 10 weeks before an illness. However, between 2003 and the present a series of “LIFE” events have gotten in the way and I have “Fallen off The Wagon”…Actually, the wagon has ran over me several times. I have literally become a disgrace to myself and gained 20 lbs and my clothes do not fit as they did during the challenge days. I have tried to get back in the groove, but just keep missing the mark. I was once a proud man who dressed to impress, but now I just look like a typical individual who does not care. If that is not enough my Medical Care Provider has stressed to me that I need to lose this extra weight because of my complicated medical issues (For example one lung, asthma etc..). I have massive amounts of medications I take each day that I hope will be eliminated with improved health.
I will lose the 20 lbs that I need to lose and along with that the excess weigh in my midsection. I will complete this by August 2009. If I do this I believe it will contribute to my overall better health. I want to be the proud person that I was back in 2003 again. I do not care about gaining a lot of size, but toning and cutting would be real good at my age.
I am not certain how to do the body fat measurements and ensure it is correct, but I think I would like to be around 13 – 15% with visible abs. That is a tall order as I do have “a lot of build-up” in that area. I have my supplement, but again not sure if the ones I have selected are proper and correct (Can be expensive). I am hoping to find someone on here that can provide me some good mentorship male of female.

I know what your mean, when you start seeing progress its so easy to keep the motivation levels high! it makes sticking to the diet so much easier ;-) hahah...i dont know about 4am, thats a bit early for me :p
