When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I was 12 years old. I never really did it seriously until I hit 16. From there I did it a lot more seriously (with the little knowledge that I had back then). I achieved pretty good results by the time I got 18 or 19. At around 20, I found out I had a heart problem and got discouraged by it so I got out of the game completely. And now, 3 years later, I'm getting back into it, more motivated then ever.
