SurferStyle* well if you want to speed up your metabolism, then eat more often like instead of 3 large meals i day, have 5 or 6 smaller ones this will speed up your metabolism and make your body burn calories faster also you have to eat healthy if you want to lose fat. this is because when your body needs energy, it uses up the fat in your body. but if you have unhealthy foods with lots of sugar in them. the body uses the sugar as fuel instead of your fat May 9, 2007 9:55pm

ProMuscle To be honest i dont use supps. Im about to start taking alot of stuff. Im on a bodybuilding team, and the guy who runs it sponsors me. im doing a competition this year. Umm just do split rountines. Like chest, and bi's and back and tri's. Stuff like that. Shoulders, traps, and forearms, And then legs. Do about 4 workouts, and 3-4 work sets of 10 reps per bodypart.
