jus been working hard man. But ya i used to take no-xplode jus got sick of the taste but i got a sample pack of that grape flavor and hoping that that one will taste good. Right now that superpump is doing it for me the closest thing to that would probably be white flood. but im coming low on superpump so we will see where i go next for my NO. Might be looking into cellucor products. You should check them out been hearing some great stuff about them.

ya man they are hard work. ive been puttin in mad work on them lately. Heavy on the diet, heavy on the cardio and heavy on the ab workouts. im tryna get these things to pop. plus already dropped 12lbs so it should be a little easier.

Yeah, I'm doing good. Got a new bird that's been occupying my time. Gotta go easy and spend a lot of time with the new ones, especially adults. I put a picture of him in my photos in case you care to gaze up his gorgeousness. Hope you're doing well, have a great weekend!
