This was taken about three weeks after the birth of my third child. I weighed 130 lbs, my heaviest weight ever. A month later I grew tired of being fat and became determined to start shedding the pounds.

This was one month after I started eating clean. I had already dropped about 10 pounds and felt pretty good. Had not started lifting weights yet at this point. My third kid was only 4 months old so I was just trying to lose the baby fat.

After clean eating for about 8 months I found myself looking too skinny. So in June 2008 I joined a gym and began weight training. This picture is taken about a month after I started lifting. After just one month I already started looking so much healthier. This picture was taken at my son's first birthday party. It was pirate themed!

My Mom has been into bodybuilding since i was a little girl. I wish I would have followed in her foot steps sooner but at least it's never too late to start! My Mom is now in her fifties and still has a great body.

This is a very recent picture. My body fat got low enough that my boobs disappeared so I got breast implants about five weeks ago. So I've had to take a few weeks off to recover from that.

Tattoo is not finished yet. The next session will cover up the tattoo i already have on my lower back. It's a memorial tattoo for two of my kids. I have three living kids and had a premature baby boy in 2002 and just lost a premature baby girl a few months ago December 2008.
