thank you. i actually did not work my legs for 11 months, just started back early aug, last year on 3rd set, 10 reps of 825 on leg press, 3 days later could not see my knee cap. mri said no damage, missed a month of work, so i can't complain about my legs after that.

for us, brrrrr! i love watching ice road truckers, was in canada, then this past year alaska. both are some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet. but too many snow shovels! this is bad for someone like you with a great beach body, i like in a beach state but don't have a beach body, but still go to the beach. i hope to visit your gorgeous country some day in the future.

glad you understood, was afraid i offended you. i have similar issues. i go to disney waterparks in speedo type and the younger set of course need to make nasty comments. i think, let see what you look like when you get my age- old, beer belly, fat slob who is miserable and an alcoholic. make fun if they want, i'm not insecure like them.
