1st set 20 to 30 to warms up muscles and et pumped, 2nd set 10-20 reps to move up to last set of 8-12

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
tendons tendons tendons. took off 5 months 3 times. i hated the down time. i felt lower than whale dung.
