How I Started:
After having my second baby I found Tom Venuto's book while searching for a new "diet". His first instruction was to get a weight scale and bf calipers and I was totally shocked to find out I weighed only 2 LESS lbs than my husband! This totally got my butt in gear! Since I have lost 26 lbs but am looking to get my bf% down and be lean and sexy!!
Why I Love It:
I love the way working out and eating healthy makes me feel at the end of the day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures!! I always look a lot fatter in pictures than I feel...so it's a good reality check!

I want to transform my body from squishy to hard and sexy!
Goal (Long):
I have always had a hard time accepting my body. My legs were alway bigger than the other girls "my age" and even some of the guys'. I can remember in middle school track, all the guys would make fun of my calves because they were big and muscular and not feminine AT ALL. This was hard on me at that age, and of course that criticism carried up to high school. I quit my freshman year and NEVER wore shorts for the rest of my high school years. Now at 28, I still sometime wonder why the heck my calves have to be so muscular and not long and slim and sexy, lol! But after having comments from trainers along the years on how "lucky" I am to have the calves and quads that I have been blessed with (as I would blush and get uncomfortable from all the past teasing I acquired), I realize the my body is genetically blessed. So I am ready to see what kind of genetic potential my body truly has! In the next 6 months I will train hard and fuel my body with whole nutritious foods and see what it gives me in return! I am so very excited to see what kind of muscle definition I have under all this fat!! I am ready to embrace my body for what it is, and stop trying to hide it and being embarassed of it!!
Wow, you have had AMAZING results! All the hard work and dedication you much have had is truly inspiring. Loosing up to 6% bf in 2 weeks. I'm lucky to loose .5% per week, haha!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I can tell my big bro, but he's really the only person close to me that takes fitness seriously and who truly believe that what I want to accomplish is acheivable by a "normal" person.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't know...I can't really think of anyone with the same body "type" as me that's as hard as I want to get.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Look at my motivationl pics! Seeing all these women with their hard bodies makes me want to work that much harder to get what they have!
