How I Started:
One of my powerlifting friends invited me to work out with him, so I did. I have been hooked ever since. I had some minor interuptions due to medical problems with my shoulder and breathing, but I'm back.
Why I Love It:
It is a way of relieving stress. For instance, if your boss makes you mad or something has just messed up your day. You can keep your job and stay out of jail by going to the gym and working out your fustration.
How I Stay Motivated:
Along with my wife, results. When you see that something is working, you keep doing it.
BB Accomplishments:
When I got to the 300lb mark on the bench press and 405lb mark on the squats. Felt like one of the big boys instead of just looking like one.

Goal (Long):
On my eighteenth birthday, I weighed 150lbs soak and wet while all of my other friends were bigger. I prayed and prayed for more weight, and when I got it it came fast. Now I am 255lbs. Although I have a lot of muscle weight, I can't look past the fact that my stomach is competing with my chest. My goal is to get the sixpack back that I had when I was eighteen while keeping my muscle weight. I am hoping to do this by my 26th birthday, which is the 5th of October. Does anyone have any hints that may help? If so, that will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
