When I Started:
Aug, 2009
How I Started:
After an injury in late 2005 ruled me out of the summer and winter 2006 track and field season, I got fairly lazy. I always wanted to get back into the sport. It was my best sport and I was at a good level for my age.
After four years I've decided that I truly want to get back into the sport I loved, and to be honest have the body that I've always desired but never had. To be ready for next years track season, I'm going to have to train very hard and remain dedicated.
Why I Love It:
A few reasons: I'm a huge fan of sports... both the watching and the competing so I want to be the very best at my strengths and improve on my areas of weakness. Working out also builds up my self-esteem and makes me a happier guy when my mood is low. There are more reasons but you get my drift.
How I Stay Motivated:
By focusing on my short/long term goals, remembering what it is that I want from life.

Goal (Long):
Getting back into track and field has meant that I need to get my body in the very best shape that it can be. I goal is to lose body fat whilst also gaining lean muscle. I've never had a lean muscular body; however I have a lot of physical power and believe that with dedication and added support from you guys that I can achieve the body that I not only want but need for my chosen sport.
You can tell that JoshBme has put a lot of time into his craft. Not only this but he helps others by posting blog tips that can help people who have a low self-esteem or just want to transform their body.
Why I like this video: My role model in track and field has to be the legend that is Carl Lewis. 9 Golds and one Silver in his Olympic Games life span is just incredible.

So a new start. After four years of being out of athletics it is time to get up once again at the age of 19 and put those running spikes back on. However, in order to do that I need to be fitter than ever and that's going to take a lot of hard work. I'm up for it, lol. My body has...
