208 Lbs. Fat thickness 8mm at illiac abdominal-which is where I always store it. There and my lower back. This week walked down carbs from 40grams to 20grams.

Traveled last weekend and totally crazy week of business this week, but I think I held even or made a little progress. Somehow got most of my training in and stuck with the diet. But, more travel ahead--that sucks.

Travel taking its toll. Was in NYC on Monday for business, then on the local route this week. 206 in this photo. I was 211 on Tuesday after the NYC trip. Will be very happy when the traveling slows down, but gotta make a living.
