What what works for me, works me. It may or may not work for you.
I've been shot, stabbed, blown-up, then shot at and blown-up again. I credit my survival to God, randomness and an interesting workout program.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I wouldn't, I like mine.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I don't have an established number of reps. I take each set to failure.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Long enough to write down how many reps I did in my log book and take about 20 breaths. Doing that keeps the tracking in log book consistent and it ads a very mild cardio element to the workout.
Description: How many times can I bench 300 pounds on 23 grams of carbs? I'm dieting with Sarah as she prepares for a fig contest so I'm feeling weak. Yes, I do not go all the way down. I'm old, my joints are creaky and I don't like to tempt fate.

During this trip to Iraq I spent a few weeks with an Infantry unit that was really competitive with their weightlifting. One of the Soldiers was talking about how how one of the guys had just maxed a single with 300 pounds.
Now, 300 pounds is nothing to sneeze at, but I chimed in how I've...
Just looked at your progress pictures and they look so good! But, I gotta tell you..I couldn't quit laughing! What a wonderful personality you have! You back from Iraq for good maybe??
hehe thanks man. i love working shoulders. and i know what you mean about keeping sane with the workouts. sometimes looking forward to a workout gets me through the day and the actual workout makes it even better.
I'll take your word (and example) on that one... biggest change I see is I need to be a little bit smarter about injuries these days... joints don't love some of those past workouts haha. Thanks for the add!
