How I Started:	I found out that I had high blood pressure, and that I really needed to exercise. I started doing cardio and weights, and was so pleased with the pretty quick results that I saw that I kept it up--until I fell out of the habit! Now I'm back in the gym!

You know there are no shortcuts..so make it happen the tried and true way by accepting you must eat right and workout! Your just as capable as me!
