How I Started:
It was my freshman year. I was about 5'7 160 lbs and I loved to play football but I didn't have the body. I was pushed around alot, bullied and never really shown any respect. Bodybuilding gave me something and someone to respect.... Myself!
Why I Love It:
Cause of the challenge. The challenge of pushing yourself to be the best you can be. Their's No Limits!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12 - 15 Reps, well for the most part I like to be able to maintain full control of the weight, I cant go heavy do to a broken hand. Thank you! I am self-motivated to accomplish all my goals, win the BodySpace contest, win in NPC in 2010, get my pro card, become a fitness model and the list goes on and on. I didn't have a lot of support when I first started training in 2002 and I gave up on myself for a few years, but as I have gotten older I have realized that I can be, do or have anything I want out of life as long as I believe in myself and now I finally do, so that is what keeps me so motivated! :)
