It was my freshman year. I was about 5'7 160 lbs and I loved to play football but I didn't have the body. I was pushed around alot, bullied and never really shown any respect. Bodybuilding gave me something and someone to respect.... Myself!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12 - 15 Reps, well for the most part I like to be able to maintain full control of the weight, I cant go heavy do to a broken hand. Usually do 4-6 sets of 8-12 reps, but I'll mix it up and train for strength and do like 2-6 sets of 1-5 reps. I also do incorporate some powerlifting such as cleans and snatches. It's hard for us girls to put on muscle and still lose BF haha but I just keep going heavier an the results are coming
