How I Started:
I started out with changing my diet and doing light cardio. A lot of walking and mild weight lifting in 2006, I lost over 25 pounds but have since plateaued.
Why I Love It:
Finally seeing the results and the great relaxation it is to get away from everything while working out, no work, school or drama.

ASU graduation around the corner it is time to look for a new job. Having left me last job on account for being unhappy and under appreciated, I decided to take a little vacation to clear my head and get ready for my next step.
