Fit Status:
I've been training harder then ever, Trying to get cut and lean out for summer
I decided I wanted to make myself look/feel better and the rest is history. It's almost an obsession now.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it gives me energy, takes my stress away,gives me strength and my health. It gives me a great feeling while/after working out, I almost feel invincible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out and being healthy is just part of my daily routine and lifestyle.

For me It gives me that extra boost of confidence.

Congratulations on the new house!! That's awesome!! Are you busy painting and remodeling? That stuff is fun at first but gets overwhelming real quick :) Good luck!
I am seeing a little improvement here and there.. Def feel tighter but not sure if it shows yet.. Pushing hard these next couple of weeks and have changed my routine..
Hello, my week is going okay.. I have been goign to the gym twice a day and today was the first day that I couldnt get motivated. I did go to they gym but was tired all day.. Therefore I am resting this evening. Tomorrow morning I start again at 5AM. I see my waist getting smaller, I am having problems with everything else getting smaller.. I feel so much muscle but cant see anything. Why does your body weigh more in the evening than in the morning?
