I decided I wanted to make myself look/feel better and the rest is history. It's almost an obsession now.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it gives me energy, takes my stress away,gives me strength and my health. It gives me a great feeling while/after working out, I almost feel invincible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out and being healthy is just part of my daily routine and lifestyle.

Hello, my week is going okay.. I have been goign to the gym twice a day and today was the first day that I couldnt get motivated. I did go to they gym but was tired all day.. Therefore I am resting this evening. Tomorrow morning I start again at 5AM. I see my waist getting smaller, I am having problems with everything else getting smaller.. I feel so much muscle but cant see anything. Why does your body weigh more in the evening than in the morning? Hope you have a good day!!
