What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. It (for me) is the pinnacle of self-actualization.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Lately, because everything outside is covered in ice, I ride the recumbent bike for twenty minutes then hit the treadmill for twenty minutes. I do two low-intensity minutes and then crank it up for two minutes (tryin to use Pose running technique).
