Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?

Yeah, if you look at my progress pictures from June 09, I was at 9% right there. It was about a week after that I hit 8%, then I got a really bad wrist injury that put me out for a month. My chest was a lot smaller then, I've been making much better progress since.

Well congrats man, you're gonna be loving your body once you get to about 8%, you'll start seeing what your muscles are really shaped like. I'm not that lean actually. I'm probably around 12% That's usually where I stay until I start cutting. The leanest I've gotten since I've been working out was 8% and it was pretty awesome.

when i first started out years ago, you couldnt even see any definition on mine...it was just skinny. now there is form and definition but not big enough yet.

It's been good so far! I've started working shoulders twice a week so they catch up to my other body parts, so I'm hoping to see results faster than usual.
Lots of clean and jerks, overhead dumbbell presses, side dumbbell raises, and barbell overhead presses.
How's your training going? Quite a beastly bench you've got considering your body weight.
