When I Started:
Sep, 2003
How I Started:
I was tired of being 125 pounds at 5'9"... also I always believed and still believe and will always believe that an average male should always be in shape and have a decent male body, not asking them to look like Mr.Olympia but you know what I mean, married or not...
Why I Love It:
It is my greatest passion, my gym is like my second home, I like the pump it gives and how I feel after a sweet and nice workout. I love art and bodybuilding is one hell of a good one, they say we only have one life to live, I say we only have one body to live it, make something good out of it.
Also there are always goals to set and to reach, and it's hard work to get there, once you've done it, then you can be proud of yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be 220 pounds around 10% BF... if this is my goal I'll do anything no matter what to reach it, even legless I would still try to reach it with my upper body, you can never take away a passion...
BB Accomplishments:
I did my first and only competition on June 16th 2005, Junior Category, I placed third out of 6 so I did accomplish a little something there, but I wish to compete senior in my category as soon as I can though, hopefully it's very soon, but right now I concentrate on gaining weight.

Friends may come and go but 200 pounds will always be 200 pounds.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Keep focus on what you want to become and be it, make it your new lifestyle.
Discipline, sacrifices and hard work is the most important of all, bodybulding is a passion for me so it's hard to give an answer.Keep focus on what you want to become and be it, make it your new lifestyle.

MERCI and great series of pics and poses showing impressive size and definition already. Looks like the guys from L'Estrie, my old stomping grounds, have some serious competition for 2010. Keep us updated on progress. Andre
Greetings. Just wanted to say that you have a great lean muscular physique. Especially like the definition of the arms, shoulders, and chest muscles. I mean all of this with respect and without making you feel uncomfortable.
Thanks.
Shawn.

Hey Jeff, I just got your message about being in the Canadian Royal Infantry. That's pretty awesome. Are you still active? Either way - I don't know what to say, that's pretty cool.
