Lower body fat retain some muscle and then gain both back again and then reduce fat and keep some more gained muscle. Does that make sense?
Goal (Long):
1)Lower my body fat while retaining as much muscle as possible.
2)Increase Flat Bench Press to 300lbs @5x5
3)increase the mass and thickness of my back
4)Increase Ham string strength
