Thanks for noticing. I updated my wo program, I have been doing this recent one for the last 3 weeks. I think I'm going to stick with it till my next tournament on May 9th. Then switch it up again a little different.

Thanks for the comments, I actually measured them relaxed, but now I have one of those bodybuilding.com measures that just came in today and will update stats, flexed. Keep the muscle growing, brother.
