How I Started:
In highschool during football, track and powerlifting season.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great way for me to release stress and emotions, I take it out on the barbells and dumbells.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its hard, due to work, family and life. I never have been consistant, but I am dedicating at least 90 days to get results. Now it shouldnt be a problem because I stay active in competing in Jiu Jitsu.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping bodyfat, gaining muscle, size, and strength.
Stick to a high protein diet, with help of supplements. Gain 10 lbs. of muscle or more if possible in 90 days, stay lean and shredded, or get leaner and more shredded. Lift smart so i can still compete in Jiu Jitsu, but get bigger at the same time.
She is everyhing I have ever dreamed of... Keeps me on my toes with her challenging mind, hot sculpted body thats proportioned just the way i like it. I love her outgoing personality, and how she makes everything in my life easy and fun. Couldn't ask for a better wife and mother. Oh and did I mention, she's HOT?
