How I Started:
I did not like the way that I looked or felt, so I decided to get off my butt and go the gym, meet good people both in person and online, and got motivated. It doesnt take rocket science to get into shape. All you need is to eat right, excercise, and a good support system to help you out when you are falling.
Why I Love It:
Nothing feels better knowing you went into the gym, gave it your all, and over time the pain will pay off with hopefully, great results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by my friends and family and my loved ones. Its always great to have a support group to help you and give you the strength and motivation to keep going. Thanks to you all!

I want to transform my whole body.
Goal (Long):
I ultimately want to get a lean cut body. I have not ever truly had that. I have either became slender, or just kinda plump. But never the way I want it to be. I am at 191 right now and my goal is to get down to 170-175 lbs. I am eating low calories now, and trying to cut. When I get to 175 I am going to bulkup. I am wanting to cut the fat now and build muscle later. I do not have any full body pics as of right now, but they are on the way.

hey bro finally checked out ur progress pic. the potential is there all u gotta do is be consistent w/ the weights and cardio and eat good clean food. you'll tighten up man. just give it time but give it hell
