stik to about 6 exersises, 3-4 sets and 8-12 reps. Do 4 weigth sessions a week. Do fitness 3 times a week and thats hard work like 20 mins, interval training is probably best.
Hit the weights hard, low reps and heavy weights. I don't play anymore but if i was i'd start now with the aim for next season. Make sure you get legs in too very important. Good luck with the rugger hope you turn into a beast!
