Hey Jack, thanks for asking - I'm doing great. No complaints. It's been a pretty busy time. After 18 yrs with the same company, I just accepted a new job which will move me back out west. I'll be moving to Las Vegas - Gambling and the lifestyle there aren't going to be the temptation - my big temptation is going to be the Jack in the Box on every corner... I may just see how big I can get. Take care and hope you and your family are doing great.

Great gains. I'm trying to go the opposite way. I've never been a runner and have just been bitten by the bug. Have friends who did the Phoenix Ironman earlier in the year and have convinced me to do one of the minis. Where in Phoenix are you from? I'm originally from Mesa. Take care, Jack
