I want to lose weight.
Goal (Long):
I consider myself overweight. I got a lot of fat in my stomach and thigh/ass areas, so hopefully I'll be able to burn it off somehow. I never used to run, so I will try to start doing that daily. I play football, so it does not take a lot of endurance, but I would like to increase my endurance. I run a 4.9 40-yard dash, which is not so bad for my weight, but my mile time is just HORRID--like 10 minutes... Overall, I would like to get stronger, but at the same time lose fat.
