How I Started:
My busy lifestyle was taking ahold of me. Always on the run and eating junk food, staying up late.. Wanted to be stronger, faster, more muscle, more definition, and overall health.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great, prevents me from getting as sick with common cold, etc. Look good. Perform better in sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch & play basketball.
BB Accomplishments:
Want to be at 190lbs 6%bf. I am currently cutting at 175lbs 13.5%bf to 170lb. That means I must gain 31 lbs of pure muscle mass while losing 11lbs of fat.
