I used to run cross country. We had to lift after our runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I had my own weights in my basement and had lifted before, but I didn't enjoy it all that much. After I kept on lifting and lifting at cross country, I started to like it more and more. When the season was over, I liked it so much that I continued to do it from that point on. I noticed that I was gaining weight and muscle fast, and I loved it. I had to take a break from lifting during March and April because of baseball though. Which is why all I do now, is lift year round.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding so much because you are challenging yourself. It's not like baseball or football where you're on a team and you play against other people. It's just you and all the weight you can take. And it never ends. You can't win in bodybuilding like you can in baseball. You just keep on getting bigger, better, and stronger and I just can't get enough of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
reading up on my favorite pros always keeps me motivated. getting compliments from peers and talking about lifting with them and of course bodybuilding.com is a great site for staying motivated
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be just a little stick known for being the fastest kid on the block. Now I am much bigger and stronger and I'm not just some skinny little kid with bones sticking out all over.

Thanks for accepting! Great results and progress of your training just for having 16! Specially ABS, chest, biceps and shoulders! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
I guess one way to look at it is that he cares. I know a few guys who are really hardcore into bodybuilding (I'm doing it to look better for the ladies and to be healthy), but the guys i know who are into 'roids and their minds are all messed up. Now maybe you'll want it even more and then really kick some a**.
Haha thanks bro but i basically embarrassed myself at that show poor, conditioning, and bad- very bad posing i'll make up for it though. My worse show yet.
Thanks for the comment Lance M.
