How I Started:
When I was younger I was never a big kid. I only weighed probablly 140-150 Lbs. Then my dad showed me the ropes of lifting. It all started down in my basement with a bench press and some dumbells. After that, I started going to the gym. Then for the past two years I have been going to the gym with my girlfriend(Athena23) who is also my training partner, and I have seen some great improvements.
Why I Love It:
It is rewarding to see the results of the hard work that you put into lifting. It is very addicting, and everyday you can't wait to go into the gym and start lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that there will always be someone out there who is training harder, I try to always push myself to get to the next level. I want to have the best look that I can achieve.
BB Accomplishments:
Learning that in order to be the best you have to know that this is not a sport but a lifestyle. Meaning that once you leave the gym you can't go and do whatever you want if you want to see results from working out.
