Hey Kevin, I lost another 5 lbs. this week so that's 10 in two weeks. That was about my average the last time I trained too. In 6 months no one will recognize me. How are you getting along? Good I hope. Cheers, Jeff

It is going great thanks. My food intake is right where it should be (no loss of energy, or desire to stray, no hunger) and I lost 5 lbs. this week, which is about what I lose every week when I train. I'll slowly kick up my training until I can go full tilt every week. It won't be long.

Yup sure did. I lost 5 lbs. That is about what I do a week when I train. This week I will be kicking it up by going mountain biking instead of using the treadmill. MB'ing is 100 times more intense then the treadmill the way I push myself on the dirt trails. If I keep that up I will have to increase my calories to be able to ride. Having to add food to a diet is not a bad thing though right? Ha-ha!

Hey man, I found your profile linked off someone elses. Listen relapses happen, but just push yourself back into it. Personally, I wouldn't try to gain much muscle while trying to lose fat. Focus solely on the fat loss first, get the base you need (a lean and conditioned frame) and then hit it hard with the muscle gain. Don't fall into the trap of over eating, even if they are protein shakes, bars etc. Over eating is over eating. Good luck.

Hi, Thanks for adding me. Today is my first day back at it. I like you, lost a lot of weight and then put it back on over the years. We all just need to stay motivated.
