when were you here? the src is packed everyday with 80% ppl that dont have a clue what their doing. its kinda amusing. keep up the good work and if you have any tips on gaining size in your arms, my ears are wide open. thx buddy

i try to portion my protein throughout the day. around 30-40g 5-6 times per day. that keeps my metabolism up and protein absorbtion constent all day long. timing is everything.

it took a long time. the biggest thing is diet. you are what you eat. you can train smart but if you dont eat right then you wont see results. hit me up if you have any questions. id be glad to help you in any way i can
