Hi MK-677 was an investigational drug being developed by Merck Pharmaceuticals. They have discontinued development of it, though I can't discover why. I've been on its trail for a while, but it seems to be a dead issue now. Merck owned the patent, and they have decided not to pursue further research on it. Of course, it is also not available to the public either! I have no info on the other GH secretagogues you listed in your post. Have you found any other info? Best wishes, -Greg
