When I Started: Apr, 2007
How I Started: Started going to train for mixed martial arts and once I started seeing my body grow and change, I was hooked.
Why I Love It: I always feel great. I love how I'm starting to look and love to see the progress.
How I Stay Motivated: Setting goals and reaching for them.
