How I Started:
Before my 2nd semester of college i was 260lbs n too fat and i needed to do something. I had a very busy class schedule so i changed my nutrition: stopped eating BEEF, and ate better. and during late july this happened: NO LIE!!! The Lord woke me up to a P90X infomercial(spell check) and since then i been goin hard with the workouts...and as of now im down to 188lbs and still losing, my goal in all is to get down to 160-170 range and be slim, lean, a bit taller and overall healthy
Why I Love It:
its refreshing how you feel after a week of working out and you kno your making progress to where you want to be

WELL I WANT TO GET DOWN IN THE 160-170lbs RANGE JUST NEED TO LOSE TO THE FAT MAINLY THEN CONCENTRATE MORE ON BUILDING MUSCLE, ALMOST THERE THO...STARTING TO LOOK PRETTY GOOD...ITS BEEN AN AMAZING YEAR FROM 260 TO 189lbs SO FAR WHOO LOL, BUT I GOTTA GIVE UP TO THE MAN UPSTAIRS(God) HE KEEPS ME MOTIVATED
Oh no. I try not to use the word diet. We all know that this is a life style change and not a temporary fix. I never experienced traditional college life but I hear getting the "right" food can be a challenge.
Whats going on homie? Def appreciate that means alot and def helps keeps a brother motivated. Hey i see you doing your thing...keep putting in that work looking good and it is paying off!

Hell yeah, that's what I like to hear! You gotta step it up though, doubles, Plus, heavier weights, bands or isanity....well maybe not insanity that program scares me! haha
You know I did! I'm half way through round 2. I'm starting this round over, just a reset of my focus, drive and determination. Hit it like it's day 1 all over again. Feel me?!?!
