DrLynn Well hi! Just seeing what's new with you. I HATE running..yep! I said it. I think those distance runners are crazy although I do admire their ability. I decided to challenge myself and enter a 5k...I'm NOT a runner (sprinter yes) so I'll have to work to improve. Ick! Don't know why I do these things to myself! DrLynn Came by to see what was happening on your side of the fence. I was fortunate enough to be able to take a little vacation to CA to see my dad and some other relatives (oh and lie around on the beach). Made it back and I've been hitting it hard at the gym. DrLynn ...and I'm pleased to report that I FINALLY managed to break the 200lb barrier for squats...got 205. La, la, la. I'm singing but I promise to stop. You can take your fingers out of your ears! doctorstacy I will try them...the prob is when I work on my legs...I'm sore for 2-3 days after...and makes it hard for running.I try and do legs the day before my rest day...cause the recoop is awful. ;) Thanks for the advice. how goes it today?
