How I Started:
Ive been to where i want to be and now I wanna get back! Ive literally let myself go to shit over the last year and a half and Ive had enough. Overall Ive been working out for about 15 yrs on and off. But as far as Wieght lifting, Ive never done it as a lifestyle for more than 3 months at a time.
Why I Love It:
Ive been a wrestler longer than Ive been in a gym. And Im not talking about that shit on T.V. Im talking about the real deal. It is by far the best/hardest sport in the world. Well Im past my prime in the thing that Ive loved for so long so I decided to give Body Building a go. Dont get me wrong, Ill never stop wrestling but I need to become passionate about something that I believe I have alot of potential at. I guess we'll see huh?
How I Stay Motivated:
That is why Im starting this websight...for motivation. That and I turn 30 this yr and I dont want to start out the next decade looking like a fat ass!!
BB Accomplishments:
I dont have any of those really. When I was 18 I was the strongest 168 pound wrestler in the state of washington. At 168 I was pressing 340 on bench and dead liftin 550. Mind you that was as a wrestler where you arent really goin for size. All my strength was built on the mat, not in a gym. Lets see what a yr hittin the wieghts can do for me.

Looks like I found myself a pretty good work out partner! Its still early but I think that he is going to stick it out. I also figured out that I have to work out in the morning before work to make it productive. Good sessions and the rest of my day usually flys by. Becoming excited about...

yeah i know it's fake lol. i've always wanted to go to ohio valley wrestling school but it's to far from where i live! i used to wrestle with my friends for fun but i broke my knee lol.

Trust me, I am killing my legs, they just refuse to show results...plus the light in my trailer is pretty bad so pictures don't show any progress. You are look really good, your arms are getting cut.

Well, you look really good. My legs are gross, therefore I have to kick their ass LOL. After my crazy leg workout I went and ran intervals 5-9mph for 3 miles, ran half a mile more, and did 20 minutes on the stairclimber. I will look like a bikini model when I go to Puerto Rico in July :D
