Thanks Love!! i am doing good these days. Just taking it easy with the holidays nearing. I am still on track, just not crazy with it right now. I plan to figure out when I am going to compete again and decide from there.

Thanks for the compliment! Looking great yourself. I hope you are making progress on your goals. This is the place to get the info you need. I plan to get the right diet myself for next year. Who knows, I may hit the stage again.

My son is fabulous! Like I said, he gets me going through the day. Did you get the caliper? The results are usually better when someone else measures your bodyfat with those things. Have you tried the BIA to get bodyfat? It may be a little easier to measure, but I am not sure about accuracy. Still, you won't have to do all of those pinch tests.

Hmm, well I have seen the competition. Maybe I will consider it, but I need the right pics to submit. I have seen a few and they have "the whole package"..Still, I may do it after I take some pics and see. How are you doing? Any closer to the single digits? How are you getting your bodyfat measured?

Do you have any recommendations for learning the nutrition side of competing? I did not learn much from my trainer, and trying to do some research myself. BTW, good luck on your show!!

Wow! Impressive!! I just did my first show this past weekend, and hope to get leaner and stronger. You put hope for us out there. I think I am still trying to figure out the right formula/diet for getting my bodyfat down. Still, you look great!

Have you started tanning? I have racoon eyes!! Just though I should give you a warning..Be careful with those goggles. Now, I plan on putting the goggle and towel on my face to help prevent that! By the way. I may not compete now. I didn't get my suits!! Agh!

Thanks! I worked in Physical Therapy and that was the first thing we taught patients about core and lumbar stability. Hit the transverse abdominus with a pelvic tilt. Sometimes I gotta get back to the basics..Agh, I have only 3 weeks left. My contest is on the 18th. I think right now, cardio and diet will have to be the majic formula. Still, thanks for the suggestion.
