It's a time for me to get away from everything and I just love the fact that I have total control on sculpting my body. It's not just a life style, its who I am.

JAZZOchanged Weight from 132.8 lbs. to 130.4 lbs., a 2.4 lb. loss in 15 days
Transform my body overall, drop down to 125lbs, real lean and of course keep a clean healthy diet
Goal (Long):
I am really pump to see where I can take my body. Eventually, I would like to compete in a show. But first I want to drop some weight and put on more muscle. I am still experimenting with my diet, but keeping it clean.
I want to keep a sexy, healthy and athletic figure and I am willing to work hard for it.
Overall I want to just have fun with my training and keep a positive attitude through out it all!
My brothers are very muscular and I was tired of sometimes being in shape and being self conscious of my stomach in certain shirts. So I said "screw it, let's do this!"

Well arent you a lil cutey..ran across you on the bodybuilding website..Just wanted to let you know to a soldier overseas in Afghanistan, you dont need ot change a thing..LOL....Tell your b/f not to freak out...I have no alternative motives :) keep up the good work, I am sure you will see your goals
