Thanks for the add bro! as far as advice goes i would tell you to keep eating clean and stick with the 5x5 for your upper body but change things up for your lower body. Your legs need a lot more punishment in order to grow trying some pyramid sets for your legs. something like 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 (increasing weight) it will blow your mind!!!! ps if you're not getting good results with 5x5 for your upper body consider a lower pyramid maybe starting at 12 and going down. GOOD LUCK BRO!!!

Good luck with your cutting cycle! it takes a lot of patience. Training is going good for me. I just got done resting from a shoulder injury and i've still got over 315 on bench so i'm happy :) just trying to add some more mass to my legs before my first comp in sept.
