i pretty much only do compound lifts now, and superset them with iso lifts, and then same ol same ol shitloads of pb and eggs...

I just learned a new trick, haven't had a chance to test it out though. Two times a week do a cardio session, start with 5 minutes of interval work, rest 5 minutes , then 20-40 minutes of steady state "typical" moderate pace cardio, end with 10 minutes of intervals. It's a ton of work but twice a week aint bad. It's supposed to really get rid of that last bit of stubborn BF. You have to be careful to not overtrain though with things like that.
