well, its so competitive, and it really 'who you know' and I really dont know many people in the industry that would help me. Plus, it seems like no one really wants to help >:

I just learned a new trick, haven't had a chance to test it out though. Two times a week do a cardio session, start with 5 minutes of interval work, rest 5 minutes , then 20-40 minutes of steady state "typical" moderate pace cardio, end with 10 minutes of intervals. It's a ton of work but twice a week aint bad. It's supposed to really get rid of that last bit of stubborn BF. You have to be careful to not overtrain though with things like that.
Thanks for the comments (over a week ago). I'm working hard regardless of the slower than expected progress. I have no choice though - I'm done with living a mediocre life. Love your pic!
