Congrats on your overall victory. I jus read ur contest history and seen you did northwest night of champs, I was there in audience watchin. you really did come out lookin like a beast!! You never kno what the judges want. You jus gotta come with the overall package. Bigger n shreddred. Same thing happened to me at USAs

I ran 100, 4x1, 4x4. Then where ever the team needed points like long jump, 200 or 400 hurdles. I went to state for relays. I never ran my best at districts for 100. You run track or do other sports?

Sup bro! Daddy life is cool, not sleep alot. But not work awhole lot either. Think it might b a minute before I make it back. Wait til my baby gets alil bigger, kinda less responsibility to do. I seen mike from 24hr millian in Flex magazine! I got my name in same one for up n comers. Very cool stuff!!

Howzit bro. Still alive, cold here. Gotta wear a jacket all da time. Like about 30 degrees here! But starting to warm up. Aww right! Me an afew friends headed to vegas at end of July for USA championship. You an your crew should try an make it! There's always afew hawaiian cats competeing.
