How I Started:
people would ask me what i was training for, why i would be in the gym everyday for hours bustin my ass. told 'em for myself. then i saw a body building comptition sign at the gym 1day. so i sought out the best trainer in my area. and now here I am
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel good. i always feel i can get better/stronger/more developed. i like being able to lift with the biggest/strongest guys. i love being that guy that can stop a room and make everyone stare at me while i push hundreds of pounds, it's such a rush!
How I Stay Motivated:
there's always someone out there working harder than you, putting more time in the gym than you. i make sure that somebody is me

2008 made top 5 in first national competetion. USA CHAMPIONSHIPS
9-28-08 had my first baby. baby boy!!
2007 Washington Iron man 1st place in Light Weight Class

Yea, I competed a little over 2 weeks ago at the GNC NPC Max Muscle Naturals and took 3rd (out of 10) in the Novice Middleweight (very tough comp though). It was an awesome night.
