Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
I take 630mg of Green Tea Extract 3 x daily, once a 1/2 hour before I work out. I also take 200mg of caffeine 2 x daily, once 1-2 hour before I workout.

For calves training, I do 3 sets of 20 calves raise tip toes back to back with calves raise on the machine, 150lbs. 3x20. Hammies are fine. thank you!
