How I Started:
I played soccer and poll vaulted in high school. And Continued to play soccer but began swimming in college. I started seriously training at age 16 (for track) but fell out of it during my first year in the military.
Why I Love It:
It relieves my stress, and relaxes me. I get such a high from it, and I get motivated to challenge myself and perform at the next level.
How I Stay Motivated:
I genuinely enjoy working out. It starts my day and gives me energy, so it's something I look forward to doing. On days I don't make it to the gym I feel sluggish.
BB Accomplishments:
When I got my body fat down to 13% which is my personal best. But I'm at the breaking point where I miss having a sport and I want to get into fitness competition.

I would like to weigh 105 lbs with 13% body fat by the end of deployment which is june 09. My legs are naturally really tone, and my abs are finally getting to where I want them to be, my arms however lack the definition I crave.
I would like to get motivated to take my ACE test and become a certified personal trainer (but work has been getting in the way). And I would like to participate in fitness competitions, but don't know where to really start.
I was a fat kid that blossomed as a teen, and have been in good shape most of my life thanks to sports. But I want to take it to the next level and be in the best shape of my life.

Nah your good! You don't have to adjust your goals. You will still look good! And glad you getting what you want. I've been training so much i missed a whole week of training. but i'll be back in there.

Ya defiantly, it would be my pleasure ;) there are many old castles temples that you might enjoy but the #1 thing that I think you would really like is called “Onsen” imagine being on the side of a cliff 2 feet in the snow with light snow falling, you can see skiers in the distance. and the whole time your naked sitting in a natural hot spring and you don’t feel cold at all. Auhh. I did this before, and to me that was true Japan. Its very popular here.
