Right now I have too much fat for my liking, especially on my stomach and chest. I want to lose body fat and maintain/gain muscle at the same time. I feel that bodybuilding.com is a great resource that can help me gain the knowledge I need to reach my goal. I am very motivated and pretty consistent with my training, fighting my body at the gym and maintaining a well-rounded and healthy diet. I am confident that I will reach my goal soon.
