How I Started:
I'VE BEEN WORKING OUT ON AND OFF ALL MY LIFE SINCE I WAS 10 YRS OLD.I WAS VERY INVOLVED IN SPORTS,GYMNASTICS,MARTIAL ARTS AND BREAKDANCING IN MY YOUTH.LOVE THE IRON, ALWAYS HAVE,BUT LIFE HAPPENS AND I STRAYED AWAY LONGER IN MY LATER YEARS.WHEN I FOUND MYSELF OVERWEIGHT AND UNHEALTHY(HEADACHES,BACKACHES,ETC.)I JOINED A GYM AND MADE TIME BETWEEN MY JOB AND STRESSFUL LIFE(AT THE TIME), STARTED EATING RIGHT AND TRAINING HARD AND NOW I FEEL BETTER AND STRONGER THAN EVER AFTER 5 YEARS OF CONSISTENCY.

actually just started taking them three weeks ago, they've been in my supplement cabinet for about two months just waiting for my cut...so far I'm very happy with them. I dont STOP sweating all day bro! My metabolism is running wild with them!
Yeah man youre right- rest is critical. It's just really hard to force myself to take time off. Knowing that other people are going through the same sort of thing really helps though so thanks for the comment!
Thanks for all the advise. I have been doing 6x6 and 5x5 and 4x8 switching it up every couple weeks. I just need to get more organized about my eating. Thanks again!
