Well the modelling hasn't taken off yet but I haven't tried yet. I want to get into the best shape possible and then go for it. Cant wait to get started with your training and see the results. Its gonna be awesome!!

Fortunately for me, i tend to gain size pretty quick. my jobs physical too so always using my arms and shoulders. i do have great genes though luckily.

Mate, you too, ripped abs. The thermobol isn't great to be honest. Gonna get some hyproxcut hardcore in a couple of weeks for the shred. Hows training?

Do you have last months issue of muscle & fitness? If so there is a great four week training plan for bi's that you can do over and over again. Its great cos focuses on the different heads of the bicep and workouts are different every week so muscle growth is better. Tri's, i always mix it up, but great exercises are skull crushers and weighted dips. Give it a blast and good luck mate.

Hey, Ive had a tendon injury for the last 2 weeks so just done my first proper workout again today, now i can hammer the gym again :-) Hows your training goin for your comp??

Well my abs are killin so the routine is doin the trick and they feel alot tighter. Just done a savage shoulder workout today so think my injury has healed, well it seems to of. Ill have a look into MP and make an order.

Alright bruv, the trainings not goin so well this last week due to torn tendon fibres in my wrist but should be sorted soon. Been hittin your abs workout this week tho and can def feel the workout!!! and the results so thanks for that man!!! What these muscle pharm supps like?? Ur trainin goin good?
