What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I believe it is a combination of improper form and excess pride (i.e., thinking you can lift more than you can and sacrificing your form to try to prove it).

Everything is cool and I hope the same on your end. Had a slight shoulder injury that hindered me for about two weeks, but I am back nearly 100% now. Keep it moving!!
