I got sick and couldn't eat very much. Figured i might as well take advantage of that situation and ran everyday. I would also do a prison work out regimen including push-ups, dips, pull-ups and curls.
Why I Love It:
Because if I dont do it, I dont feel good.
I work out with my homie, and we have a good time doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
My favorite color is pink. I can FEEL the progress. I'm a deadly fighter, so more strength, quickness, and agility makes me even more of an opponent.
BB Accomplishments:
none at all. I did loose 100 lbs once.

I need to get ready for spring break and become a better dancer.
Goal (Long):
I wouldn't mind weighing in the 170-180's. I like to dance, so i want to get strong enough to dance for a long time. I also wouldn't mind being a stripper, so i want to look like a stripper.
